Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols throughout retail locations, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity. Provide customer service to visitors and store personnel while responding to incidents, concerns, and critical situations with a calm, problem-solving approach. Monitor access points and observe activity for policy violations, documenting all patrols and security-related activities in required reports. Work rotating shifts from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, at retail sites in Gulfport, MS.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
