Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols of healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations following established facility protocols while providing customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Monitor access points and observe visitor activity, documenting all observations and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel. Maintain a visible presence to safeguard clients across various industries. Work a rotating day schedule from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM across Monday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred: ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
- Preferred: comfort using a computer or tablet.
