Job Summary
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by performing general unarmed security duties, including routine foot patrols and observing hazards to correct or report them. Comply with Prosegur and client requirements, post instructions, and safety procedures while interacting professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public. Participate in required training to become familiar with general safety protocols. This role requires a valid WI Security License, clean driving record, and high school diploma. Full-time or part-time shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- Must be able to pass all necessary training
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Clean driving record and valid driver license
- Capable of following complex instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Active WI Security License
- High School Diploma
- Security Guard Card
- Driver's License
- Must be able to perform routine foot patrols
- Moderate lifting
- Work in all-weather elements
