Job Summary
Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and airline personnel by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, gates, baggage claim areas, parking facilities, employee access points, and the surrounding perimeter to identify and report unusual activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established airport and site-specific protocols. Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, reporting unauthorized access attempts and policy violations. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and communications accurately in required reports and logs. Work full-time days from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
