Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter zones, and maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents. Respond to customer concerns and critical situations professionally while providing service to shoppers, store associates, and visitors. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities per site-specific procedures and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel. Work a rotating day shift schedule from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday, with Sunday hours from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
