Security Officer Unarmed Patrol First Aid

Monitor and patrol assigned residential areas, including common zones, parking lots, building exteriors, and perimeter access points, to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and maintenance concerns while communicating observations to property management or emergency personnel. Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities as needed. Document routine activities and resident interactions in accordance with Allied Universal standards and reporting procedures. Work part-time day shifts from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM in San Jose, CA.
