Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned residential areas, including common zones, parking lots, building exteriors, and perimeter access points. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and maintenance concerns by communicating observations to property management or emergency personnel. Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff while deterring unauthorized access and reporting unusual activity. Document routine activities and resident interactions in accordance with site-specific reporting procedures. Work part-time shifts from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred
- A current guard card and/or license is preferred
