Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Experience

Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine unarmed patrols of entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeters, and maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while communicating professionally and supporting a welcoming environment. Respond to alarms and critical situations calmly, documenting observations and coordinating with management and emergency responders as needed. Complete activity, incident, and patrol reports accurately and timely. Work part-time shifts including Thursday through Sunday evenings and nights in Irving, TX, at a financial institution.
