Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Customer Experience

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the luxury retail location, including sales floors, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter areas, while observing for unusual activity and reporting concerns. Monitor access points and support access-control procedures for employees, vendors, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with site-specific requirements. Help to deter theft, unauthorized access, and disruptive behavior through a professional presence, observation, and timely reporting of security-related incidents.
