Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate areas, including common zones, parking, and perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors while verifying credentials and managing access points. Respond to incidents and critical situations using established emergency procedures, then document all patrols, observations, and activities for site management. Work a rotating day shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Sunday at a San Francisco location.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- A guard card or license
- Access control and badge experience
