Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Coordinator

Monitor and patrol assigned areas at public transportation facilities, including transit stations, platforms, parking areas, and administrative buildings, to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and contractors while responding to incidents, service calls, and critical situations with professionalism. Maintain a visible presence to support a welcoming environment and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures. Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while communicating with leadership and site representatives. Work part-time shifts including Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM at a government transit location in San Carlos, CA.
