Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas at a manufacturing and industrial location, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations. Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Complete accurate reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations to site contacts and leadership. Work day shifts from 6 AM to 2 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
