Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Alarm Panel Specialist

Conduct routine unarmed patrols of offices, production spaces, common areas, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to identify and report unusual activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests while documenting observations and completing daily logs. Work a rotating day shift schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, in Burbank, CA. This role supports a team serving the Tech/Media/Telecom industry, leveraging supervisory experience and technology skills within a collaborative environment.
