Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine unarmed patrols of manufacturing zones, offices, and perimeter access points, and help deter incidents. Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by executing site-specific security procedures and emergency responses. Respond to alarms and critical situations professionally while documenting all patrols, observations, and activities using computer or tablet tools. Maintain orderly entry and exit by monitoring visitor activity at access points.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
