Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations while maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities, then document all patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions in required reports. Monitor access points and observe employee, visitor, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures. Work a rotating day shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM at a manufacturing and industrial location in Westlake, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license
