Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Work a rotating day shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. A guard card/license is preferred, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
