Job Summary
Conduct patrols, perform access control, and maintain professional composure while diffusing public interactions and common crisis situations. Execute post orders, prepare written reports and logs, and perform high-frequency data entry using intermediate computer skills. Remain flexible, adapt to changing conditions, and work in various environments including adverse outdoor weather. Maintain punctual attendance and a neat appearance while wearing approved uniform at all times. This role supports supply-chain security for Fortune 500 clients, offering licensure training and a promotion-from-within culture.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to read, understand, and execute all post orders
- Must be able to common and crisis situations in a calm and efficient manner
- Must maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Must wear approved uniform completely and at all times
- Must be punctual, on-time, and maintain a satisfactory attendance record
- Must stay on post until properly relieved
- Must remain flexible and be able to adapt to changing conditions and situations
- Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in a neat and legible handwriting
- Must be able to perform high-frequency data entry on computer (depending on assignment)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a reliable means of communication (phone)
- Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private)
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (speak, read, and write)
- Must be able to pass an extensive background screening, including criminal history, employment, and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver's license and driving record must meet company and insurance standards
- Must be able to obtain and maintain state required licensing
- Must be able to stand on their feet and/or walk for lengthy periods of time (possibly entire shift, depending on assignment)
- Must be able to climb stairs and/or ramps occasionally during shift
- Must be able to occasionally lift or carry up to 40 lbs
- Must have constant use of both hands and arms to use phone, computer, write with pen and paper, and other administrative and security tasks
- Must have constant use of eyes (correctable vision to normal level required) to observe, read, view monitors, safely move around, and interact with others
- Must have constant mental alertness and attention to perform all required job duties at all times
- Must be able to work in various environment, including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain, or heat
- Must possess intermediate computer skills
