Job Summary
Monitor and control access to client-owned buildings, escorting employees, visitors, and contractors while maintaining security records and reports. Protect property and personnel from security threats, avoid hazardous situations, and preserve order at designated sites. Interact with building management, supervisors, and diverse individuals to provide customer-oriented service. Work 32-40 hour shifts in Denver, with options for day, swing, or grave rotations.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- US citizenship or possess the right to work permit
- Able to pass a drug screen test and background check (to include THC)
- Fluently speak, read, and write English
- Able to obtain a Security Guard License
- Must be computer literate
- Customer orientated
- Ability to adapt/respond to all personality types
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to manage time effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous security, military, and/or law enforcement experience
- Ability to remain calm and focused
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
