Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of the facility, parking, loading zones, and perimeter to identify unusual activity. Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while verifying credentials at access points and reporting unauthorized attempts. Respond to alarms and critical situations by communicating with site contacts and emergency responders, then complete daily activity reports and shift handoffs. Work 1:15 PM to 9:15 PM shifts Monday through Saturday in Florence, NJ. Alarm panel experience and a guard card are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- A guard card or license is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred
