Security Officer Unarmed Driver Site Inspection

Conduct routine unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual conditions. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and responding to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations following established protocols. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property to deter unauthorized entry. Document daily activities, incidents, and maintenance concerns accurately, communicating relevant information to site contacts and leadership. Perform site inspections in Annapolis, MD, with a part-time schedule including Wed 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and Thu 6:00 PM–11:00 PM. Requires a valid driver's license and at least one year of security experience.
