Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to deter incidents and identify unusual activity. Respond to alarms, access concerns, and critical situations while providing customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. Monitor access points for suspicious behavior and policy violations, then document all patrols, incidents, and observations in required reports. Communicate relevant findings to leadership and site contacts. Maintain a visible presence and adhere to site-specific security procedures. This part-time role in Menlo Park, CA, supports Allied Universal's commercial real estate clients with flexible scheduling through our Claim a Shift platform.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license for driving positions
