Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to deter incidents and identify unusual activity. Respond to alarms, access concerns, and critical situations while providing customer service to tenants and visitors. Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and policy violations to leadership. Document all patrols, incidents, and observations in required reports. Maintain a visible presence throughout the shift to ensure site safety.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
