Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner while notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and verifying credentials at access points. Prepare clear incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation to communicate relevant information to site leadership. Conduct regular rounds to support a welcoming environment for healthcare clients in West Chester, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
