Monitor and patrol assigned banking facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeters to identify unusual activity and report access concerns. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients while verifying credentials at access points and maintaining accurate incident logs. Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations by following site procedures and notifying appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols to deter security-related incidents and support a professional environment. Work a day shift from 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, at a financial institution in Scottsdale, AZ.
