Security Officer - Tweed Heads

Conduct internal and external patrols throughout the centre to maintain safety and security. Act as the first point of contact for retail staff and customers while providing a visible presence to deter and maintain a secure environment. Respond rapidly and professionally to security incidents, escalating when needed, and observe to promptly report incidents with clear and accurate documentation. Provide excellent customer service and directions as required. Maintain a strong, visible security presence to support retailers with loss prevention, safety, and asset protection. Work a 24*7 rotational roster including weekends.
