Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas in food and beverage production, warehouse, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations while maintaining a visible presence to support access control and site safety. Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by executing security procedures and emergency response activities. Document patrols, incidents, and access-related activities accurately, then communicate relevant information to leadership and site contacts. Verify authorized entry for all personnel at access points in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- X-ray screening experience is preferred
