Job Summary
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency responses. Respond to incidents and disturbances with problem-solving, supporting de-escalation, and contacting supervisors or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular patrols throughout the location and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access by observing entrances and common areas, verifying authorized entry, and documenting visitor and resident activity. Complete incident reports, daily logs, and shift communications accurately, communicating observed issues and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Work a rotating day shift from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
