Job Summary
Conduct regular security patrols of the building's interior, exterior, and parking areas while monitoring CCTV systems and alarm panels. Act as the primary point of contact for guests and tenants, managing visitor sign-ins, enforcing access control policies, and responding to all alarms and critical incidents. Prepare detailed written reports on daily activities and incidents using digital platforms, and immediately escalate emergencies to management and law enforcement. Maintain strict control over building keys and access cards, ensuring proper inventory and deactivation of credentials for terminated personnel. Requires high school diploma, two years of security experience, and evening/weekend availability. Starting pay is $19.50/hour with medical, dental, and paid time off benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate security, hospitality, or a customer service-focused environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in using computers, standard security software, and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation
- High degree of professional maturity and sound judgment necessary to handle complex tenant interactions and sensitive security matters
- Evening, overnight, and weekend availability
