Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers while carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities. Screen individuals, personal items, packages, and vehicles entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders. Monitor entry points, verify credentials, document screening-related activity, and respond to incidents by escalating concerns to site leadership when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Work part-time shifts from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
- X-ray screening experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
