Job Summary
Monitor guest and staff safety, patrol hotel properties, and respond to emergencies while maintaining calm in high-stress situations. Conduct routine security checks, enforce emergency procedures, and provide first aid or CPR as needed. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays within a fast-paced environment. Fluently read, write, and speak English with strong communication skills. Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred. Davidson Hospitality Group manages award-winning hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues across the US.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior security/law enforcement experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pre-employment drug test
- Background check
