Job Summary
Security Officer responsible for the safety and protection of employees, guests, the facility and casino assets; greets guests, controls access, conducts patrols, monitors transactions and escorts cash; enforces rules and participates in loss prevention; may enroll guests in the Self-Exclusion Program; emphasizes customer service and compliance with licensing and safety regulations; requires High School Diploma and certifications (Serving It Right, Smart Serve or IGB) and willingness to recertify Use of Force every 3 years; English literacy and ability to work non-traditional casino hours.
