Job Summary
Security Officer responsible for ensuring company compliance with EKBA requirements across all facilities in Greece, handling classification, archiving and security of documents, maintaining security records, managing physical and information security measures, coordinating with IT for e-EKBA implementation, supervising security training, conducting inspections, liaising with national authorities and NATO-related processes, and ensuring overall security governance including NATO/N.SE, ISO 27001 alignment, and incident response across projects and contracts.
Required Qualifications
- AeI/TEI degree in engineering discipline (mechanical/electrical, etc.)
- MSc considered a plus
- 5–7 years in industrial security/compliance/regulatory/security or defense
- Ability to obtain National Security Clearance
- Willingness to travel to all company facilities
- Desired trainings/certifications in EKBA/Industrial Security Awareness, NATO Security Awareness Training, ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor
- Experience with inspections by government authorities, handling classified information, NATO Security Clearance processes
- Knowledge of ISO 27001/information security frameworks
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and crisis-management skills
- Strong communication with public/military authorities
- Greek language proficiency preferred
