Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence. Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations by following established reporting and escalation procedures while assisting passengers, visitors, and staff with customer service. Monitor access points, observe assigned areas, and report suspicious behavior or hazards to appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, communicating professionally with transportation personnel, law enforcement, and emergency responders. Requires one year of security experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of security-related experience
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
