Security Officer Station Coverage

Conduct routine unarmed patrols throughout transit facilities, platforms, entrances, and surrounding perimeters while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents. Respond to service disruptions and critical situations by notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed. Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors while assisting with access control, crowd-management support, and documenting daily activities. Observe and report suspicious activity, unattended property, hazards, and policy violations to help secure the environment. Work part-time shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. Maintain a valid New York State Security Guard License and high school diploma.
