Job Summary
Provide customer service to transit riders and personnel while conducting regular unarmed patrols of facilities, platforms, and perimeters to identify hazards and report suspicious activity. Respond to incidents and disruptions following established reporting procedures, monitor access points, and prepare daily activity logs and incident reports. Maintain a fixed six-month commitment to an anchor shift in Brooklyn, NY, with the option to claim additional shifts through the platform to increase earnings. Requires a valid New York State Security Guard License, high school diploma, and background investigation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New York State Security Guard License
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
