Job Summary
Conduct foot or vehicle patrols as assigned, monitor and report security threats, hazards, suspicious activity, and emergencies, and provide customer service, visitor assistance, loss prevention, and access control. Write clear and detailed incident reports, respond to incidents, and notify appropriate supervisors or authorities while following emergency response and use-of-force procedures. Maintain professional conduct and attendance, ensuring you remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the entire shift. Complete required training and adhere to post orders, company policies, and site procedures. This role reports to David Bonacci as a full-time third-shift position with weekend coverage in Youngstown, OH.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state-required security license, registration, or permit
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Professional customer service and conflict-de-escalation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the entire shift
- Sleeping while on duty is strictly prohibited
- OH Guard Card
- HS Diploma
- GED or H.S. Equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience
- Driver's license and clean driving record
