Security Officer

Provides security services in a hospital setting, conducting interior and exterior rounds, escorting staff/patients, responding to alarms and incidents, and maintaining safety by monitoring access to facilities, reporting hazards, and ensuring life-safety equipment is operational. Responsibilities include door checks, lifepath safety checks, incident reports and shift logs, badge creation/maintenance, and potential field training. Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience, and two years of experience; conditional offers require a psychological assessment. May require operating a patrol vehicle and float between Shawnee and Seminole campuses; offers various shift opportunities including nights and weekends.
