Job Summary
Provide comprehensive security services at Midland Private Hospital, including patrols, incident investigation and reporting, access control, CCTV operation, and liaison with law enforcement; ensure safety of patients, staff and visitors; maintain confidentiality; prepare written reports; respond to emergencies and participate in fire/evacuation drills; flexible across day, afternoon and night shifts; requires Certificate II in Security Services, valid security licences, and a First Aid certificate; strong communication, conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills; ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
