Job Summary
Monitor park access control, perimeter operations, and dispatch communications to ensure guest, associate, and asset safety. Enforce loss prevention protocols and maintain situational awareness across all Carowinds facilities. Work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays to support daily park operations. This role is part of a tiered training program designed to develop security professionals, with progression opportunities based on experience and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 18 or older
- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Good judgement and a commitment to safety
- Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates
