Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying site contacts. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and facility perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery driver check-in procedures. Report hazardous conditions, damaged property, and suspicious activity to site leadership or emergency services. Perform duties during day shifts from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM, Monday through Friday, at a location in Moncks Corner, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
