Job Summary
Conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas to ensure access points are secured and property is protected. Write detailed shift reports using company technology and software while communicating with clients, team members, and supervisors to report concerns and disseminate information. Manage assigned equipment including radios, keys, and vehicles; deescalate issues professionally and maintain a customer service relationship. Arrive on time, follow dress codes, and complete required training modules. Work part-time shifts with potential for additional hours through cross-training at other locations.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
