Job Summary
Conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas to ensure access points are secured and property is protected. Write detailed shift reports using company technology and app-based software while communicating with clients, team members, and supervisors to report concerns and disseminate post order changes. Deescalate issues through professional communication and manage assigned equipment including radios, keys, and vehicles. Arrive on time for part-time Sun-Sat third shift rotations, maintain dress code standards, and perform physical tasks such as moving equipment up to 20 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 yrs of age
- able to obtain guard card upon acceptance
- reliable transportation for scheduled shifts
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
