Job Summary
Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols of retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence. Respond to incidents, disturbances, suspicious activity, and critical situations while providing customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and vendors. Monitor access points, assist with visitor directions, and document patrol findings and observations using required reporting tools. This unarmed driver patrol role requires a valid driver's license and is located in Stockton, CA.
Required Qualifications
