Security Officer shopping complex

Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols throughout the retail center, including common areas, parking areas, loading zones, entrances, and perimeter locations. Maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents while assisting visitors, tenants, and staff with customer service. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional manner. Monitor for unusual activity, access concerns, property damage, and policy violations, reporting observations through established site procedures. Assist with access control, directions, visitor inquiries, and coordination with site management and first responders as needed. Requires a valid driver's license and a guard card/license.
