Job Summary
Manage and lead security personnel to maintain a safe environment by enforcing company rules, conducting spot checks on buildings, grounds, and equipment, and ensuring shift team compliance. Implement C/AUP governance for crime prevention and monitoring while managing external security providers through purchasing, contracting, and auditing. Deploy security systems including CCTV, VMS, and access control, and deliver consulting on cost-efficient risk treatment to site management. Align activities with partners across IT, facilities, and operations. Bachelor's degree in Safety & Security required with minimum five years experience in security systems; law enforcement experience valued. Full leave entitlements and company insurance provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any related with Safety & Security field
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in security systems (CCTV, Access Control System, EM Door Alarm, etc)
- Good in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good investigation and interview skills
- Using of necessary computer tools (e.g. PowerPoint, MS-Office, Excel)
- A good sense of responsibility and decision making ability
Desired Qualifications
- Law enforcement or community residential security/protection experiences are value added
