Job Summary
Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols throughout retail locations, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking, and perimeters. Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store associates while maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents. Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and hazards, then report observations to store contacts or leadership. Respond to incidents and critical situations professionally, following established post orders and escalation procedures. Assist with access control, customer assistance, and documenting patrol activity as required. Work part-time shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays at a location in North Smithfield, RI, earning $19.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
