Job Summary
Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols throughout retail locations, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking, and perimeters. Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store associates while maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents. Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, then report observations to store contacts or leadership. Respond to incidents and critical situations professionally, following established post orders and escalation procedures. Assist with access control, customer assistance, and documenting patrol activity as required. Work part-time shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
