Job Summary
Security Officer responsible for creating a safe and secure environment for employees, patients, visitors, and property of the Inspira Health Network. Perform proactive and reactive security patrols and respond to incidents. Deliver excellent customer service and effectively interact with staff and patients under stress. Collaborate with the Environment of Care committee to support safety, workplace violence prevention, and emergency management. Night shift duties from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (Tue through Sat) in Woodbury, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 6 months of security experience
- Valid driver's license
- Basic Security Officer Certification (IAHSS) within 1 year of hire
- Inspira Health approved de-escalation and common language training within 100 days of hire
- American Heart Association BLS within 100 days of hire
