Job Summary
Monitor premises, control access, and patrol various locations to maintain a safe environment for clients. Enforce regulations regarding personnel and visitors while identifying and reporting safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity. Conduct property tours, utilize technology devices throughout shifts, and ensure all post orders and assigned rounds are completed. Provide customer service and information to employees and guests, utilizing conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques. Respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and appropriate escalation, maintaining a professional demeanor and calm under stress. Complete pre-employment screening including drug tests and background investigations. Driver certification required.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Above average computer / technology skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
- Must have a professional demeanor
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Driver Certification
