Job Summary
Monitor premises, manage access control, and patrol various locations to maintain a safe environment. Enforce regulations for personnel and visitors, conduct property tours, and identify safety issues or suspicious activity. Resolve conflicts, de-escalate tense situations, and provide customer service to employees and guests while utilizing technology devices throughout the shift. Complete assigned rounds, ensure post orders are followed, and respond to emergencies with rapid judgment. Work independently in St. Joseph, MO, with a full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Above average computer / technology skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
- Must have a professional demeanor
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
